Leticia Fowler - Co-Event Director
Leticia Fowler is a Front Royal, Virginia native whose foundation in athletics, education, and leadership defines everything she brings to the Your Future Basketball family. A 2001 graduate of Warren County High School, Leticia earned an Advanced Diploma while also distinguishing herself as a standout track athlete, where discipline, competitiveness, and accountability became second nature, traits that still guide her work today on and off the court.
She continued her academic journey with a Certificate of General Studies from Patrick Henry Community College, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University. Driven by a passion for service and advocacy, Leticia went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Special Education and a second Master’s Degree specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders, solidifying her reputation as a highly skilled and deeply knowledgeable professional in her field.
Currently, Leticia serves as a Special Education Teacher at William Monroe High School in Greene County, Virginia, where she is known for her professionalism, compassion, and unwavering commitment to student success. Her ability to build relationships, manage high-level responsibilities, and lead with integrity mirrors the same standards upheld across all Your Future Basketball events.
Married to David Fowler, founder of Your Future Basketball, Leticia plays an essential role in the organization’s mission, culture, and day-to-day excellence. Together, they are raising three children: Tyson (19), Jordan (17), and Italee (13), with family, faith, and athletics at the center of everything they do. The Fowler family resides in Ruckersville, Virginia.
