BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT

 ✓ REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
       Registration is complete only after the registration form AND payment are received.  YFB uses Scorbot for all registrations and payments.

     ✓ ROSTERS
       Final rosters must be submitted by the coach at CHECK-IN.  Coach/Team is responsible for printing FIVE (5) score sheets before check-in and presenting them at Check-in.  FAILURE TO PRINT SCORE SHEETS AHEAD OF TIME WILL RESULT IN A $25 PRINTING FEE AT CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.  NO rosters can be adjusted and NO players can be added after check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS.

     ✓ COACH CHECK-IN
       Two registered coaches receive credentials. Government-issued ID may be required. COACHES MUST BE LISTED ON REGISTRATION FORM TO RECEIVE FREE ENTRY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

     ✓ ARRIVAL
       Teams should arrive at least 45 minutes early. IF GAMES END EARLY, WE WILL START THE NEXT GAME EARLY.

HOME/AWAY = Follow the Scorbot App

HOME = Light uniform

AWAY = Dark uniform

OVERTIME

1st OT ............... 1 Minute

2nd OT ........... Sudden Death

🕛GAME TIME IS FORFEIT TIME. The game will be played, but it will be recorded as a forfeit if a team is not there at the start time if the game. (Even if a game starts early, the early start time is forfeit time. Please be at your games 45 minutes early). It will also be running clock until the game is caught up.

8️⃣Teams will now shoot Two (2) free throws at EIGHT (8) fouls per half.

THE YFB STANDARD

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

(UNSIGNED SENIORS MAY PLAY WITH TEAMS IN THE HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION (17u) – IF THERE IS A MIDDLE SCHOOL DIVISION THE MAXIMUM AGE WILL BE 14 YEARS OLD ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT).

CONDUCT & SPORTSMANSHIP

YFB has ZERO TOLERANCE for fighting, threats, physical or verbal aggression, abusive behavior, or conduct that threatens the safety or experience of others.

COACH & PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITY

The Head Coach is responsible for the conduct of their entire program — including players, assistant coaches’/team staff, parents and spectators.

Coaches are responsible for communicating YFB's conduct expectations and consequences to everyone associated with their team before the tournament.

VIOLATIONS & CONSEQUENCES

FIGHTING / PHYSICAL AGGRESSION

Player: Minimum next-game suspension; additional sanctions may apply.
Coach: Ineligible for the remainder of the tournament.
Spectator: Immediate removal from the facility without refund.
Serious incidents may result in team/program removal and/or law enforcement involvement.

VERBAL AGGRESSION / ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR

Player or Coach: May be suspended following an ejection; a second ejection = remainder of tournament.
Spectator: May be removed from the facility without refund.
Severe or repeated incidents may result in additional team/program sanctions.
