By accessing our website, registering for events, completing forms, or opting in to receive SMS messages from Your Future Basketball, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or opt in to SMS communications.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Your Future Basketball provides youth basketball tournaments, showcases, combines, camps, events, media coverage, merchandise, and related communications. Services may include email, phone, and SMS/text messaging notifications.

3. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

SMS Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and selecting the SMS opt-in option, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Your Future Basketball. These messages may include:

  • Event updates and reminders

  • Schedule changes

  • Registration confirmations

  • Important tournament or program information

  • Promotional or informational messages related to YFB events and services

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency may vary depending on events and services you register for.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
